Sipa Stores maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.

Merchandise once billed cannot be exchanged / returned. However, the Company holds the right to cancel the order within the next 48hrs and refund the money.

Your merchandise will be replaced only if the order is wrongly delivered or if the material is damaged,  provided the problem has been informed to us  via email (info@sipastores.com) within 24hrs after receipt of the product. Also note that the product will be considered for replacement only after you have received a confirmation from us by email.

We do not guarantee the garment’s embroidery and its colour bleeding.

We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. However if there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase. You then have the option of either substituting for another item confirming via email or the money will be refunded to you.

WASH CARE INSTRUCTIONS

We request you to read the washing instructions carefully as stated on the tag of the merchandise and follow the same to avoid making any damages to it.

COLOUR DISPLAY

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

DISPUTES:

Disputes if any should be subject to Udaipur Jurisdiction.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

The Company reserves the right to amend and / alter any of the above terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
